Here is an amazing story of LEAN28er Sarah. She is in her mid/late 30s and has been stuck for many years. She actually is in the wellness profession space but never took the time to take are of her own health! 

“In the photos on the left, my biggest set back was that I wasn’t happy (shocker). I’d been a “wellness and fitness professional” for over 10 years by then, and I knew what I needed to do, but I was drinking alcohol and partying a lot, mostly cause I was looking for loveeee in all the wrong places (outside of myself!). I was not getting adequate sleep and was, as a result of both of those things, eating emotionally. Whether I was eating healthy food or not-so-healthy food, my emotions around eating were not healthy. And so therefore, I was not hydrating properly. All the water and electrolyte ingestion in the world wasn’t effective because my systems were so off. And so all the working out I was doing was also in vain. The most vicious of cycles. 
In the photos on the left, taken in 2018, I hovered around 147 lbs. The photos on the right were taken today, Oct 5, 2022. I now hover around 129 lbs for the past 2 years (and I’ve kept it off since Lean28!). 
Some of the key components that really pushed me to the next level were: the meditation modalities, the accountability, hydration tactics, proper exercise (and knowing when to rest), And finally, intermittent fasting coupled with eating real, whole, foods!

Not all that long ago there was a point in my life when every day was a challenge. Even just getting up and starting the day was difficult. I was about to go into senior year of college feeling like I was in the best shape of my life, and that’s when my Dr. diagnosed me as clinically obese.
I didn’t ever want to come out of my room, I was to defeated. I had no drive to go out and eat, spend time with friends and family, I didn’t want to be seen anywhere.
I was embarrassed to be seen outside. I felt empty inside, like I had no purpose.
I don’t know why but I continued to every day to remind myself one simple thing…

I whole heartedly embraced this mantra and began to buckle down to make a positive change in my life!

Lean28 is the leading online transformational program to develop lifelong habits. The program is 5 weeks long (1 week of PreLean – onboarding and coaching & then 4 weeks of the actual program). In the Lean28 Live you will have 5 live group coaching calls to enhance your goals and ultimate accountability. 

You will be onboarded with a series of Welcome Emails. Along with a an invite to the private Lean28 community, coaching videos, daily tips, and a OutdoorBody fitness app. You will be provided will all the documents – syllabus, accountability charts, recipes, and more which I go over in details. 

OutdoorBody is the leading streaming fitness program featuring workouts in some of the most inspiring settings in the US. Through our proven workout systems, led by elite trainer Tommy Cassano, we lead you on the path to physical and mental fitness freedom. 

Whether you choose to work out at home or on the go, we have workouts for everyone and every level. From 10-minute beginner’s bodyweight sessions to advanced 25-minute kettlebell sessions, options include boxing, fusion, Tabata, HIIT, core + abs, glutes, upper + lower body, strength, resistance bands, single & double kettlebells an, of course, cardio. In addition, every workout includes bonus videos for mobility, stretching and mindfulness in nature. 

There are supplements recommended for the program that could enhance results, but nothing is mandatory. Participants can get great results without taking anything.  

The Program is 35 days. 7 days of PreLean coaching, then 28 days of the actual program. 

All results are dependent on the commitment of the participant and vary from each individual.
